– All induction cooktops without a temperature probe system (including ours and most household/commercial models on the market) cannot directly measure the real temperature of liquids in the pot.

– "Temperature settings" are essentially a display of power control. Actual liquid temperature varies based on cookware material, thickness, capacity, and insulation performance, so it may not fully match the displayed setting.
For precise temperature control, use the highest power setting to reach the desired temperature first, then adjust to the appropriate power level; voltage and cookware material/thickness will affect power output.
